Steryle
Steryle
Steryle is a quintet from Roxboro, NC. The band successfully combines elements of Death Metal/Metal/Hardcore/Rock/ and Grindcore to produce a sound that is heavy, accessible, intense and unmistakable. Steryle has shared the stage with many national acts including Unearth, Walls Of Jericho, Bury Your Dead, and 36 Crazyfists just to name a few. The band released its EP entitled "Severance," recorded
and produced by Jamie King (BTBAM, He Is Legend, Through The Eyes Of The Dead) in May of 2007 and has moved well over a few thousand products worldwide while only playing a handful of out-of-state shows ever. Their EP is available online at www.cdbaby.com. It can also be purchased on Apple iTunes, Rhapsody, and many many more. The band released their first full length CD (also recorded and produced by Jamie King) entitled "Foreshadowing Yesterday" in March of 2009. Steryle has moved this album worldwide since it's release with no help from a record label. Currently, the band is playing in support of what they feel is their best album yet, "Endless Winter." This album was produced and engineered by Jamie King and features Dustie Waring Of Between The Buried And Me on the song "Deceit And Desire." Steryle plans to take their outlook on melodic metal core, hardcore, and death core to combine them and solidify their status among the best unsigned bands of 2012.
Lions For Lambs
Lions For Lambs
Forming in early 2008, Lions For Lambs (Pinehurst, NC) has had one major goal: to create the best metal music they possibly could. With a few line-up changes throughout most of 2008-2009 they finally found a solid crew in early 2010. That same year brought their very first debut EP “Wolves in Sheep’s Clothing” recorded and produced by Justin Johnson (Former assistant of Jamie King). The EP has had generally great reviews from fans and other musicians alike. The summer of ’10 brought them their very first DIY tour with “Grounds for Hope” of Havelock, NC. The tour brought much needed experience and a bright future for the band; after which they took some time off to start writing all new material to be released in early 2011.
